Why does your team still lack diversity?

Most typical recruiting, hiring, and talent management practices perpetuate a lack of diversity in the workplace. Unfortunately, most targeted diversity hiring programs and awareness learning programs do not achieve the desired outcomes because they do not address the root of the problem. Nor do organizations provide managers with tactical solutions that can be readily applied to increase inclusion and promote diversity of applicants and employees. However, there is hope!

Neurodiversity promotes the inclusion of autistic and other neurodivergent individuals and helps remove the barriers that limit diversity across all demographics. This type of diversity includes both typical and neurodivergent individuals regardless of ability, race, gender, or creed. It requires leaders and employees to be more adaptive and accept differences, leading to more creative and inclusive workplaces.
