Creating Inclusive Environments
Improving learning and employment outcomes for autistic individuals is a global issue. While educational institutions and employers strive to fully include neurodivergent people as part of inclusive environments, the number of autism diagnoses continues to rise, increasing the need for effective interventions, accommodations, and universal practices that leaders can implement in their classrooms and workplaces.

Supporting Autistic Employees
Managers influence the entire employee lifecycle, from whom we hire to how performance is supported and measured. Adaptive leadership and flexible workplaces are crucial to supporting neurodiversity and new approaches at work.
